Miles Goldstein
I work with children, teens, and adults across the entire life span. My approach is built on creating an environment of support and safety where individuals, couples, and families feel comfortable being vulnerable and growing together.
My training spans cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theories, and mindfulness-based approaches. I've spent years studying mindfulness through yoga teacher training, meditation, breath work, and visualization—practices I integrate into my work. I have particular experience working with men, having run men's groups for many years.
I meet people where they are in life's transitions: divorce, grief and loss, changes in work, or the challenges that come with aging. I believe my background in developmental psychology helps me understand and support people at every stage of life. While I've trained in many approaches, the foundation of my work is always the same—building a positive and trusting relationship where people feel safe.

Support and Safety for Growth
Therapy grounded in trust, developmental wisdom, and evidence-based practice
I believe that the most important skill in therapy is building a positive and trusting relationship where individuals, couples, and families feel comfortable and able to be vulnerable. When that foundation is in place, real growth becomes possible. My approach integrates clinical expertise with a deep respect for each person's whole life—their past, their present challenges, and their capacity to change.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
I use CBT techniques to help you identify thought patterns and behaviors that may be holding you back, and develop practical skills to shift them. This approach is especially helpful for anxiety, depression, and OCD.
Family and Marital Therapy

Mindfulness and Somatic Work
Drawing on yoga, meditation, breath work, and visualization, I help you build awareness of your body and mind. These practices support stress reduction, emotional regulation, and access to your own wisdom.
Attachment-Based Approach
I use attachment theories to explore how early relationships shape your current patterns, especially in intimate relationships and with family. This understanding opens pathways to healing.
